For visible hazards — mold, damp patches, cracks, pest evidence, exposed wiring — yes. Our AI is trained on thousands of Indian property conditions and references specific photos in its findings. For hidden issues (moisture behind walls, electrical load) you'll want our Inspector Visit tier. We're always honest about what the AI cannot see.
Do I need the landlord's permission to take photos?
No. During any standard flat viewing, taking photos is completely normal. Most people already do it for reference. We don't need permission, access to empty rooms, or anything beyond what a normal viewing allows.
How is this different from NoBroker's inspection service?
